Terms of Service
GoNovaTrip, GoNovaTrip, P2024, Ouizelne, Morocco. These terms apply to every booking made through this website, WhatsApp or at GoNovaTrip.
1. What we offer
Tandem paragliding flights, balloon flights, Moroccan meals served at GoNovaTrip, excursions (the Three Villages day trip and the High Atlas Adventure), and short activities (quad, buggy and camel rides). Prices shown on this website are in euros (EUR). Group prices are per person for the group size shown. Where an offer shows no price, the price is confirmed on WhatsApp when you book.
2. Booking
Bookings are made on WhatsApp or through the form on this website. A booking is confirmed when we reply and agree the date, the activity and the number of people with you. No account is needed and nothing is charged online.
3. Payment
Payment is made on the day, at GoNovaTrip, in cash or as agreed with you on WhatsApp. Prices include exactly what each offer lists as included. Anything listed as not included is paid separately.
4. Weather and safety decisions
Paragliding and balloon flights depend on the weather. The pilot decides on the day whether conditions are safe, and that decision is final. If the pilot cancels a flight because of weather, you choose: move the flight to another day, or a full refund of anything you have paid for that flight.
For your safety, follow the pilot's and the team's instructions at all times. Tell us about your weight, age and any health condition that could matter when you book, so we can confirm the flight is right for you.
5. Changes and cancellation by you
Plans change. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will move your booking where possible. Because no prepayment is taken online, there is no cancellation fee for a booking you have not paid for.
6. Transport offers
Where an offer includes transport, the pickup point and time are agreed with you on WhatsApp before the day. Be ready at the agreed point at the agreed time.
7. Photos and video
GoPro video is included with the tandem paragliding offers as listed. We may ask to use photos taken during your visit on this website and our pages; tell us if you do not want that, and we will not use them.
